Dice Images

Texture & Contrast

The dark green of the tree and the bright blue/white of the sky and clouds are a perfect contrast to each other, as well as using the branches of the tree to add texture to the image and make the viewer imagine what it feels like to touch.

Colour & Balance

I used the blue and red colours to add interest, as well as balance on the equality of the two halves.

Space & Pattern and Repetition

I used the size of all of the lockers to fill in the full space of the image, as well as the repetition and pattern of the lockers because they are all the same.

Value & Emphasis

I used my white eraser with gray and black pencil marks to create value in the black and white scale and used a pretty plain background to emphasize the eraser as the center product.

Colour & Emphasis

I used a red stand with a blue background to emphasize the silver pins on the red stand.

Space & Movement

I used a dice and spun it taking a picture mid spin to create motion/movement and used a plain background so the dice was the only item taking up space.
